The Bible says in Revelation 16:15 “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.”
Your garments become dirty by sin.
Jude 1:23 “And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. “
Therefore, we are to watch for Christ’s coming by being diligent to not sin and by quickly repenting wen we do sin.
The Consequences of not watching for Christ’s Return.
Revelation 16:15 “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.”
This mean that if we are committing a sin at Christ’s return, then Jesus will expose our sin to everyone and openly judge us for it. Everyone is going to know about it, we will lose rewards, and we will be ashamed.
Now, the Bible teaches that any sins we have repented of Jesus will not judge us for, nobody will ever know about them, and we will not be ashamed.
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 11:31 “For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.”
The Bible says in 1 John 4:17 that we can have boldness in the day of judgment.
Boldness is the exact opposite of shame.
Moreover, A true Christian cannot fall into really bad sins like adultery, murder, theft, bearing false witness against someone, drunkeness, or drug addiction, because the Holy Spirit will not allow them to fall that bad. He puts God’s love into our hearts and makes it impossible for us to commit the worst sins. Someone who falls into those kinds of sins has never been saved.
However, A true Christian is capable of falling into sins like: impatience, crankiness, apathy, worry, gossip, pride unforgiveness, selfishness, leaving their first love (no longer seeing Jesus as their Dearest Friend. Meaning they are serving Him, but they see it as more of a Master/Servant Relationship instead of truly serving Him out of love like in a Dear Friendship. Revelation 2:4), etc.
For example, if Jesus comes back and you are arguing with your spouse over something that either does not matter or you are in the wrong, then you are not going to have time to repent before judgment. Jesus is going to openly expose that sin and judge you for it, everyone is going to know that you were arguing with your spouse, you are going to lose rewards, and you are going to be openly ashamed.
Therefore, we need to be watching for Christ’s return by being diligent to not sin and by quickly repenting when we do sin, so that we are not ashamed.
A Mature Christian is Not Envious of Other Christians.
1 Corinthians 3:1-4
“And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto
carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. I have fed you with milk, and not with
meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye
able. For ye are yet carnal: for whereas
there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal,
and walk as men? For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of
Apollos; are ye not carnal?”
I have seen stuff like this in churches my whole life! We
are supposed to worship God, not preachers!
Another type of envy I have seen a lot is where one
Christian will be envious against another Christian because of their talents,
or their calling.
We are supposed to humbly serve God in whatever calling He
gives us; with whatever talents He gives us.
1 Corinthians 12:14-31 “For the body is not one member,
but many. If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the
body; is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear shall say, Because I am
not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? If the
whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing,
where were the smelling? But now hath God set the members every one of them
in the body, as it hath pleased him. And if they were all one member, where
were the body? But now are they many members, yet but one body. And the eye
cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the
feet, I have no need of you. Nay, much more those members of the body,
which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: And those members of the body,
which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant
honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. For our comely
parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given
more abundant honour to that part which lacked. That there should be no
schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for
another.And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it;
or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.Now ye are
the body of Christ, and members in particular. And God hath set some in the
church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that
miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of
miracles? Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all
interpret? But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a
more excellent way.”
The More Excellent Way Is Charity.
A Mature Christian Has True Charity
1 Corinthians 13:1-7 “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.”
True charity is not just giving to the poor. True charity is producing the fruits of the Spirit.
A Mature Christian Consistently Produces the Fruits of the Spirit.
If you compare charity with the fruits of the Spirit, you
will see they match.
Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love,
joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance:
against such there is no law.”
A Mature Christian Bears the Infirmities of the Weak.
Romans 15:1-5 “We then that are strong ought to bear the
infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let every one of us
please his neighbour for his good to edification. For even Christ pleased not
himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee
fell on me. For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our
learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have
hope. Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one
toward another according to Christ Jesus:”
1 Thessalonians 5:14 “Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them
that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient
toward all men.”
Some
people are weak and feebleminded and struggle with things like depression, and
anxiety. A mature Christian will be patient with these people, listen to them
and comfort them.
A Mature Christian Views Trials as Training
James 1:2-7 “My brethren, count it
all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying
of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work,
that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack
wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth
not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.
For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.”
I have realized that most of the
trials in my life have been caused by my own ignorance. That is why the Bible
says to ask God for wisdom in the passage above, because wisdom will keep us
from falling into so many trials.
2 Perter 1:5-8 “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Romans 12:12 “Rejoicing in hope; patient
in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;”
However, we are not to tempt God by
asking Him to send us trials.
Jesus showed us in the Lord’s prayer
that we are to ask God to have mercy on us and not lead us into trials.
Matthew 6:13 “And lead us not into
temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power,
and the glory, for ever. Amen.”
The word “temptation” in this verse means to try and roots back to a Greek word meaning to test (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible with Greek and Hebrew Dictionaries # 3986 and then #3985 both in the Greek.)
The word “evil” in this verse can mean bad, hurtful, or even “figuratively calamitous; also (passively) ill, that is, diseased.” (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible with Greek and Hebrew Dictionaries #4190 in the Greek.)
Therefore, in the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus showed us that we should always
pray that the Father has mercy on us and does not test or try our faith by
sending us calamity or disease.
I have never heard this preached. God
showed my family and I this a few years ago, and we have seen God protect us
and deliver us from some situations that could have been very calamitous
financially and health-wise.
Now, God will still test your faith some, (He still tests us some at times with little problems), so trust Him to meet your needs.
Philippians 4:19 “But my God shall
supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
The more you trust God the more apt
He will be to not try your faith, because you have already proven your faith to
Him.
God never took everything away from Job again.
A Mature Christian has a Strong Prayer Life.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing.”
1 Timothy 2:1-4 “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications,
prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings,
and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life
in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight
of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the
knowledge of the truth.”
Romans 12:12 “Rejoicing in hope; patient
in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;”
Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for
nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let
your requests be made known unto God.”
Matthew 5:44 “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless
them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which
despitefully use you, and persecute you;”
Luke 10:2 “Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is
great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest,
that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.”
Romans 10:1 “Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to
God for Israel is, that they might be saved.”
Luke 21:36 “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye
may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and
to stand before the Son of man.”
Luke 22:40 “And when he was at the place, he said unto them,
Pray that ye enter not into temptation.”
1 Peter 4:7 “But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.”
A Mature Christian Trusts God and Does Not Worry.
Matthew 6:24-34 “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”
A Mature Christian Knows the Bible Well Enough to Teach Others .
Hebrews 5:12-14 “For when for the time ye ought to be
teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles
of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of
strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of
righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are
of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to
discern both good and evil.”
A Mature Christian Can Spot the Wolves.
A mature Christian knows the Bible well enough to be able to spot wolves who are preaching heresy, being deceptive in their preaching, and are not living right.
They will not be led astray to destruction by a wolf.
The Bible teaches that pastors are to keep the church pure, not allow the wolves to infiltrate and spread their heresies to the children and baby Christians behind their backs!
Jude 1:3-19 “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever. And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.”
2 John 1:9-11 “Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.”
Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”
Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”
Acts 20:29 “For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.”
I have taught against all of these heresies in different posts on this blog. The links link to the posts that refute theses heresies.
These heresies are called “damnable heresies”, because they can cause people to think they are saved when they are not, and then they end up in Hell.
Wolves are also always in some kind of really bad sin like adultery, fraud, witchcraft, and they can even be led to murder their followers as was Jim Jones.
Matthew 7:15-24 “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
These people are deadly! That is why the Bible says not to even allow them into your house!
The word “house” in 2 John 1:9-11 can also mean church because it can be figurative (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible with Hebrew and Greek Dictionaries #3614 and #3624 In the Greek. #3624 actually says temple).
This means you stop these wolves at the door and don’t let them even attend! They are not there to learn the truth, they are only there to devour the sheep!
Nowhere in the Bible does it say that church services are supposed to be completely public. Church is first of all for the saved. The lost are only to be allowed in if they are truly seeking to learn, if you discover that they are there to infiltrate you stop them at the door!
That is how heresies have been infiltrated into the church, because pastors refuse to keep the church pure and kick the wolves out.
They may not allow them to officially teach, but since these wolves are even allowed to attend, they can easily draw children and weak Christians into their false doctrines just through conversation.
After the first and second admonition you are supposed to kick them out! Don’t even let them attend!
Titus 3:10-11 “A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.”
The Jesuits and Masons are really good at subtly infiltrating.
They start out just drawing people away subtly through conversation. Then a new pastor comes in and thinks this guy is good, and then the guy can start teaching and even become a pastor in time.
He then begins to get the younger, weaker Christians to help him kick out the older and stronger Christians.
Then this wolf gets caught in some horrendous crime like fraud, or child molestation and the whole church is severely damaged!
This is what happened in the First Baptist Church of Hammond Indiana.
Somehow a wolf, who I really suspect was a Jesuit, was able to marry the Pastor’s daughter, then after the Pastor died, this wolf became the Pastor.
He first started to attack the King James Bible, which that church had always stood strong on, Then he started subtilty changing other fundamentals of that church, then he got a lot of young men in positions around him and started pushing out the older Christians, Then this wolf was caught molesting a teenage girl! The guy is now in prison where he belongs, but the church was severely damaged, and the Name of Christ suffered great reproach.
This church was almost destroyed, because they were not vigilant enough to keep the wolves out!
Years before the first Pastor died, the church youth group that I was a member of would take a trip every Summer to this church’s Youth Conference. I first heard this wolf preach at the Youth Conference 21 years ago when I was 16 years old. I suspected even at that time that he might be a Jesuit wolf because he had preached a sermon about America being Mystery Babylon Spoken of in Revelation 17 and 18. Even at that young age I had already been studying about the Jesuits for 3 years and I knew that the teaching that America was Mystery Babylon was started by the Jesuits to hinder the preaching of the truth that Mystery Babylon is actually the Roman Catholic Church.
However, I never said anything to anyone, because I was young, and because I knew that the Ecumenical Movement had caused many people to believe that false teaching and others, even if they were not Jesuits. So I was hoping that this guy was just taught wrong and was not an actual wolf.
However, with everything that he did, I now believe that he is a Jesuit wolf.
In churches that use other Bible versions besides the King James a wolf will just start attacking the authority and validity of the Bible in general.
In many Baptist churches it is so bad today that Jesuits and Masons are masquerading as pastors, teachers and deacons and are spreading their damnable heresies, and destroying innocent lives.
And yes,
many Jesuits can get married!
There are
3 different levels of Jesuits.
The priests are at the top. They are the only ones who are forbidden to marry. However, even they can marry if the Jesuit General commands them too, in order for them to better infiltrate a church.
Even a Nun can marry if the Pope commands her too. One of Mohammad’s wives was actually a Catholic Nun, who the Pope commanded to marry Mohammad. Then her brother helped Mohammad interpret his visions and write the Quran. So the Catholic church actually helped found Islam, because they wanted to use Mohammad and his followers as an army to capture Jerusalem. They did capture Jerusalem, but decided to keep it for themselves instead of handing it over to the Pope. So now the Catholic church fights against Islam. As you can see the Catholic church infiltrates all religions, not just true churches. (You can learn more about this by reading “The Prophet” by Alberto Rivera published by Chick Publications.)
However, there are the second level of Jesuits that are professionals like Psychologists, doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc. These can get married and can infiltrate churches as teachers, deacons, and even Pastors!
Then you have the 3rd level of Jesuits, that are laborers such as electricians, cooks, factory workers etc. These can also get married and can infiltrate churches as teachers, deacons, and even Pastors! (See the book: “The Secret History of the Jesuits” Published by Chick Publications.)
Therefore, it is possible to have generations of Jesuits infiltrated into the true church!
We must know what we believe and why or the wolves will come in and tear us apart!
Christians need to start obeying 1 Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
Pastors must purify their churches by kicking the wolves out of the church and keeping them out, or they will have blood on their hands!
Learn How to Spot the Wolves!
To learn more about how to spot wolves in your church please read the Alberto series of books and the book “The Secret History of the Jesuits published by Chick Publications.
If you learn how to spot a Jesuit, you will be able to spot any wolf. The Jesuits are the most subtle and most dangerous of all wolves. They have been around for almost 500 years and were started by a military General, who was a master at espionage.
Jesuits go through years of training learning how to infiltrate, take over, and destroy true churches.
They take an oath to kill anyone who does not agree with them either openly with the sword or secretly by the poison cup.
Many Christians in churches could be getting cancer and other health problems, because Jesuits in their churches are secretly poisoning them.
Alberto Rivera was a Jesuit Priest who truly got saved and completely renounced the Catholic church. He preached against the Catholic church and the Jesuits for many years. The Jesuits kept trying to kill him, but were unable to for a long time. Then a “friend” of his claimed that he too had gotten saved and left the Jesuits. This guy kept begging him to come to his house to eat. Alberto was leery of him, so he kept kindly declining the invitation. The guy kept asking, and Alberto began to feel bad about not trusting him. He went and ate at the guy’s house, and became very sick and had to go to the hospital. The doctors found that he had been poisoned. His “friend” then disappeared. About a year later Alberto was diagnosed with Colon cancer, and ended up dying. Before he died, Alberto said that Jesuits will use poisons with retro viruses in them to cause cancer, and that this is what had happened to him.
Christians must learn how to spot the wolves, and keep them out of their churches! Both souls and lives depend on it!
Churches Need to be More Careful About Membership.
Churches should never allow anyone to become a member of their church without having the person meet with the Pastor and deacons first to make sure of what they believe, and that they are not living a sinful lifestyle. And they should be denied membership if it is found that they believe any damnable heresies, or are living a sinful lifestyle, and refuse to repent after being shown the truth in Scripture.
New Christians should not be allowed to teach!
A big problem I see in churches is that they will get anyone to teach a Sunday School class. As soon as someone makes a profession of faith the church will put them teaching the kids!
That is completely irresponsible!
This just opens the door wide to wolves!
No one should ever be allowed to teach at all in the church until they have gone through proper discipleship training and the Pastor is sure that they will not be teaching any damnable heresies.Furthermore, teaching should only be done by church members who are in good standing, unless the person is a visitor who the Pastor knows well.
Churches should not allow people to serve at all who are not living right.
In addition, If someone is in open sin they should never be allowed to serve in the church! Not even to sing in the choir or serve food to the kids! Because the kids will look up to them and think they are a good person and then be led astray or even hurt by them. They should be under church discipline until they repent!
Churches must become wise as serpents and stop opening the doors wide for the wolves to come in and devour the sheep!
